Aufgaben

* Mitarbeit an Digitalisierungs- und Automatisierungsprojekten

* Klienten-Support bei Fragen rund um unser Klientenportal sowie weiteren digitalen

Buchhaltungslösungen

* Import und Bearbeitung digitaler Buchungen aus Schnittstellen und Vorsystemen

(.csv/.xml-Dateien, Bankauszugsverbuchung, Registrierkassenimport)

* Mitarbeit in allen steuer- und abgabenrechtlichen Bereichen

* Erstellung der laufenden Buchhaltung und Umsatzsteuervoranmeldung

* Erstellen von individuellen Auswertungen und Statistiken

* Mitwirkung bei der laufenden Digitalisierung und Prozessoptimierung unserer

Klienten-Buchhaltungen

Voraussetzung

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung

* großes Interesse für die digitale Buchhaltung

* BMD NTCS Kenntnisse und mind. 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung

* lösungsorientierte, eigenständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* analytisches Denkvermögen

* sehr gute MS Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere MS Excel

* Freude am Thema "Digitalisierung"

* teamfähig, verantwortungsbewusst & professioneller Umgang mit den Klienten
