Für einen Kunden in Ansfelden suchen wir ab sofort 1 Mitarbeiter im Vertriebsinnendienst (m/w/d) Was du tun wirst:

* First-Level-Support für Anfragen von Kunden und Partnerunternehmen

* Betreuung unserer Kunden in Österreich - telefonisch, schriftlich und im engen Austausch mit dem Außendienst

* Erstellung von Angeboten und Aufträgen sowie Übernahme von Backoffice-Aufgaben

* Steuerung der gesamten Auftragsabwicklung inklusive Rechnungsfreigabe

* Dokumentation aller Bestellvorgänge und Erstellung relevanter Berichte

* Proaktiver Kundenservice und kompetente Produktberatung

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertriebsteam zur erfolgreichen Auftragsgewinnung

* Mitarbeit an der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung unserer internen Abläufe

* Teamübergreifende Koordination und Kommunikation im Sinne optimaler Kundenzufriedenheit

Was du mitbringst:

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische und/oder technische Ausbildung

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung im technischen Vertriebsinnendienst

(idealerweise aus einer metallnahen oder angrenzenden Industriebranche)

* Hohe technische Affinität sowie Interesse an erklärungsbedürftigen Produkten

* Vertriebsstärke im Kundenkontakt, insbesondere telefonisch und per E-Mail

* Proaktive, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit schneller Reaktionsfähigkeit

* Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (ERP-/CRM-Kenntnisse von Vorteil)

* Strukturierte, genaue und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise

* Kundenorientiertes Auftreten mit Hands-on-Mentalität

* Unternehmerische, vertriebsorientierte Denkweise sowie hohes Termin- und Qualitätsbewusstsein

* Kommunikationsstarke, aufgeschlossene Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägtem Teamgeist

* Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mind. B1-Niveau)

* Bereitschaft, sich fachlich und produktspezifisch weiterzuentwickeln
