Aufgaben

* Führung bzw. Betreuung laufender Buchhaltungen (Kreditoren, Debitoren, Kassa, Bank, Anlagen etc.)

* Testbegleitung während der Umstellungsphase auf SAP S/4HANA

* Mahnwesen

* Zahlungsverkehr

* Vorbereitung / Durchführung der Abschlussarbeiten bzw. Aufbereitung der Unterlagen im Zuge der Bilanzerstellung für die Steuerberatung

* Kontakt mit Ämtern und Behörden

Kompetenzen

* SAP Kenntnisse

* abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung

* abgeschlossene Bilanzbuchhalterausbildung

* mind. 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Bilanzbuchhaltung

* ausgezeichnete MS-Office Anwenderkenntnisse, insbesondere MS-Excel

* selbständige und genaue Arbeitsweise

* Verlässlichkeit, Einsatzbereitschaft und Teamgeist
