Die Dr. Sasse Gruppe ist seit 1976 im Facility Management tätig und in 6 Ländern präsent. In Österreich

arbeiten knapp 650 Mitarbeitende und mehr als 800 Roboter für unsere Kundinnen und Kunden. Für unsere

Zentrale suchen wir eine zentrale Anlaufstelle für alle Kolleginnen und Kollegen in Verwaltung und Operative

bei Systemen, Daten und Abläufen und auch ganz praktisch vor Ort. 1 Mitarbeiter_in Business Support (m/w/x) ab 30 Stunden ( Im Rahmen der Öffnungszeiten Mo- Fr 08:00-17:00)

IHRE AUFGABEN

* Erste Ansprechperson bei Fragen zu Software, Hardware und Zugängen -vom Passwort bis zur Zeiterfassung

* IT-Onboarding neuer Mitarbeitender: Benutzerkonten, Hardware, Zugänge und Einschulung

* Laufende Betreuung von Sasse Service App, Sage und Microsoft-Programmen: Benutzer, Rechte, Objekte und

Formulare

* Periodenabschlüsse, Auswertungen für Management, Personal und Budgetplanung sowie Mitarbeit bei Prämienberechnungen

* Erhebungen und Meldungen, zum Beispiel Statistik Austria, OeNB, WiEReG, ESG und Lieferantenbewertungen

* Firmen-, Vertrags-und Versicherungsunterlagen aktuell halten

* Unterstützung bei Excel und Word: Pivot-Tabellen, Formeln, Makros, Serienbriefe und Vorlagen

* Betreuung des Fuhrparks, oder auch mal Fahrzeuge und Roboter zu Werkstattterminen bringen

* Mit anpacken bei Veranstaltungen und Einsätzen für die Operative

IHR PROFIL

* Erfahrung im Support, in der Assistenz oder Systembetreuung

* Sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse, sicher in Word, und Microsoft Anwendungen

* Strukturiert, hilfsbereit, behält den Überblick

* Führerschein B

* Der Tätigkeit entsprechende Deutschkenntnisse

* Freude an Abwechslung zwischen Schreibtisch und Praxis

ENTLOHNUNG

Mindestgehalt € 2.500 brutto pro Monat auf Vollzeitbasis. Überzahlung je nach Erfahrung möglich.
