Ab sofort suchen wir 1 Mitarbeiter:in der Patient:innen Aufnahme (m/w/d) 39 Std./Woche (Mo - Fr)

Was Sie erwartet

* Administrative Aufnahme von Patient:innen mit Erfassung aller relevanten Daten unter Berücksichtigung der verschiedenen Abrechnungsmodalitäten

* Organisation und Planung der Betten sowie Pflege und Aktualisierung der entsprechenden Betteneingabe

* Terminplanung für konservative Patient:innen

* Kontrolle der vom Empfang durchgeführten Aufnahmen

* Einholen von Kostenübernahmen von Zusatz- und Pflichtversicherungen

* Bearbeiten von Krankengeschichten nach der Entlassung

* Ausstellen von Aufenthaltsbestätigungen

* Führen des Kassabuchs
