Die INPUT gemeinnützige GmbH sucht mit Einstieg ab dem 13.11.2026 1 Mitarbeiter_in für die Umsetzung der Flexiblen Hilfen - Begleitdienst - Liezen

ab 13.11.2026 nach dem Case Management Ansatz im Bereich der Kinder- und Jugendhilfe im Bezirk Liezen. Das Anstellungsausmaß beträgt 16 Wochenstunden.

Das Aufgabengebiet:

- Begleitung und Unterstützung von Kindern, Jugendlichen und Familien in schwierigen Lebenslagen nach dem Konzept des Case Managements in der Kinder- und Jugendhilfe.

- Systemische Arbeit unter Einbezug des gesamten Familiensystems und aller relevanten Personen und Einrichtungen.

- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Bezirksverwaltungsbehörde als Auftraggeber.

- Mitarbeit in Projekten im Rahmen der Kinder- und Jugendhilfe.

- Netzwerkarbeit im gesamten Bezirk.

- Administrative Tätigkeiten wie lückenlose Dokumentation, das Verfassen von Betreuungsplänen und Berichten.

- Teilnahme an multiprofessionellen Teams und Supervisionen.

Voraussetzung:

- Volljährigkeit (vollendetes 18. Lebensjahr)

- Unbescholtenheit

- positiv abgeschlossene Pflichtschulausbildung

Führerschein B und eigener PKW sind erforderlich.

Das Entgelt richtet sich nach dem SWÖ Kollektivvertrag und beträgt mindestens € 2.330,30 brutto auf Basis Vollzeit. Die tatsächliche Entlohnung ist abhängig von Qualifikation und Vordienstzeiten.
