Für ein Partnerunternehmen suchen wir: Mitarbeiter_in für Instandhaltung - Elektro- und Steuerungstechnik

Deine Aufgaben:

* Produktion sichern: Du wartest unsere Produktionsanlagen und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Betrieb.

* Fehler beheben: Bei einem Maschinenstillstand findest du die Lösung und triffst sofort die

nötigen Maßnahmen (Elektrik und Steuerungstechnik).

* Ursachen analysieren: Du gehst Störungen auf den Grund, behebst sie effizient und

leitest Maßnahmen ab, um zukünftige Ausfälle zu vermeiden.

* Prozesse dokumentieren: Durch eine strukturierte Fehlerdokumentation machst du

Abläufe und Entscheidungen transparent.

* Ersatzteilmanagement: Bei der Bestellung von Verschleiß- und Ersatzteilen wirst du

tatkräftig von einem Teammitglied unterstützt.

Dein Profil:

* Ausbildung: Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im Bereich Elektrotechnik oder

Steuerungstechnik (z. B. Lehre, Werkmeister, HTL).

* Fachwissen: Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Steuerungs-, Regelungs- und Antriebstechnik

sowie Verständnis für komplexe Prozessabläufe.

* System-Know-How: Erfahrung mit Siemens-Systemen (Sinumerik, Simatic Manager, TIA Portal).

Kenntnisse über Fanuc- und Heidenhain-Steuerungen sind ein Vorteil.

* Arbeitsweise: Du arbeitest eigenständig, lösungsorientiert und besitzt die nötige Ausdauer, um

Probleme hartnäckig bis zur erfolgreichen Behebung zu verfolgen.

* Flexibilität: Unsere Produktion arbeitet großteils im 2-Schichtbetrieb - die Bereitschaft

zu fallweisen, außertourlichen Überstunden bringst du mit.
