Wir versorgen Menschen mit Bargeld! In Österreich und Deutschland wird nahezu jeder zweite Geldautomat mit Software der SBS betrieben und überwacht. Als Marktführer in der DACH-Region leistet SBS mit ihren Lösungen einen wesentlichen Beitrag zur Sicherstellung der reibungslosen Bargeldversorgung. Derzeit unterstützen Produkte der SBS den Betrieb von mehr als 65.000 SB-Terminals in Deutschland, Österreich und anderen Ländern Europas und des Nahen Ostens. 1 Mitarbeiter_in für IT Service- und Qualitätssicherung Arbeitsort: Linz I ab sofort I Vollzeit, 38,5 Wochenstunden

Deine Aufgaben

* Installation, Konfiguration und Inbetriebnahme von SB-Geräten und den dazugehörigen Komponenten

* Erstellung von Testfällen sowie Planung und Durchführung von Anwendungstests direkt am SB-Gerät (Qualitätssicherung)

* Systematische Fehleranalyse und nachhaltiges Bugfixing

* Erste_r Ansprechpartner_in für unsere Kunden im Rahmen des 1st-Level-Supports

Das bringst du mit

* Ausbildung: Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung (HTL, Fachschule, Lehre oder vergleichbare Qualifikation)

* Know-how: Technisches Verständnis, analytisches Denken sowie Grundkenntnisse in der Softwareentwicklung

* Arbeitsweise: Strukturierte, eigenständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit einem hohen Qualitätsbewusstsein

* Soft Skills: Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Teamgeist und eine hohe Serviceorientierung

* Begeisterung: Großes Interesse an der praktischen Arbeit und dem Testen direkt an Hardware/SB-Geräten

Neben flexiblen Arbeitszeiten unterstützen wir dich mit individuellen Aus- und Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten. Deine fundierte Einarbeitungsphase findet an unserem SBS-Standort in Salzburg (Weiserhofstraße 18) statt, danach bist du an unserem Standort in Linz (Industriezeile 36/4) tätig. Da diese Position intensive Tests in unserer physischen Testumgebung erfordert, liegt der Fokus auf der Arbeit vor Ort, wobei zeitweises Homeoffice in Abstimmung mit dem Team möglich ist.

Anstellung & Gehalt

Für diese Position bieten wir ein Bruttomonatsgehalt (14x jährlich) zwischen EUR 3.300,- und EUR 3.800,- auf Vollzeitbasis. Eine Überzahlung ist je nach deiner konkreten Qualifikation und Erfahrung ausdrücklich möglich.
