Ihre Aufgaben

* Projektabrechnung:

Abrechnung unserer Förderprojekte und Zusammenstellen der benötigten Unterlagen.

* Rechnungswesen:

Vorbereitung der Buchhaltung, Prüfung von Rechnungen sowie Überweisungen und Bank- und Kassaangelegenheiten.

* Personaladministration:

Vorbereitung der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung und Verwaltung der Personalunterlagen.

* Sekretariat und Büroorganisation:

Allgemeine Büroarbeiten, Organisation von Terminen und Bearbeitung von E-Mails und Post.

* Kommunikation und Korrespondenz:

Kontakt mit Förderstellen, Behörden und Projektpartner*innen per E-Mail und Telefon.

* Unterstützung im Team:

Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung und der Projektteams bei organisatorischen Aufgaben.

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (HAK, HAS, Lehre oder vergleichbare Qualifikation)

* Berufserfahrung im Rechnungswesen, in der Verwaltung oder Projektabrechnung von Vorteil

* Kenntnisse in der Personalverrechnung und im Umgang mit öffentlichen Förderungen von Vorteil

* Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel

* Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis sowie eine genaue, strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise

* Organisationstalent, Zuverlässigkeit, Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke

Das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt beträgt auf Vollzeitbasis € 3.052,40 brutto monatlich.

Die tatsächliche Einstufung erfolgt unter Berücksichtigung anrechenbarer Vordienstzeiten.
