pro mente OÖ, Gesellschaft für psychische und soziale Gesundheit, arbeitet seit über 60 Jahren in der psychosozialen Versorgung. Wir sind ein überkonfessioneller und überparteilicher Verein, der sich für Menschen mit psychischen Erkrankungen einsetzt. An 180 Standorten in ganz Oberösterreich unterstützt pro mente OÖ Menschen mit psychosozialen Problemen und beschäftigt insgesamt rund 1.500 Mitarbeiter*innen. 1 Mitarbeiter*in für psychosoziale Beratung, Sozialarbeit und Soziotherapie (m/w/d) als Sabbaticalvertretung für die Psychosoziale Beratungsstelle in Vöcklabruck ab Jänner 2027 bis Ende April 2027 für 15 - 20 Stunden/Woche

Diese Aufgaben erwarten Sie bei uns:

* Psychosoziale Beratung, Angehörigenberatung, Sozialarbeit, Begleitung, Krisenintervention, Prävention, Journaldienste und die Möglichkeit Gruppenangeboten zu entwickeln und zu leiten

* Mitarbeit im Sozialpsychiatrischem Ambulanzzentrum Vöcklabruck

* Dokumentation der eigenen Arbeit

* Mitarbeit an Fallbesprechungen und Fallsupervisionen

* Mitarbeit in der Öffentlichkeitsarbeit sowie Vernetzung mit anderen Standorten und Anbietern

* Psychosozialer Grundberuf mit Beratungskompetenz (FH Soziale Arbeit, Psychologie o. Ä.)

* Hohe soziale Kompetenz, Reflexionsfähigkeit und Flexibilität

Einreihung in Verwendungsgruppe 8 (laut SWÖ-KV)

Mindestentgelt brutto € 3.460,17 für 37 Wochenstunden (Vollzeit) inkl. SEG-Zulage (Gehaltstabelle 2026)
