Bei youngCaritas geben wir Kindern und Jugendlichen Raum, sich mit sozialen und ökologischen Themen auseinanderzusetzen. In Workshops, Projekten und Aktionen erleben sie, was es heißt, sich einzubringen, Position zu beziehen und Veränderung mitzugestalten.

Wir wollen junge Menschen nicht nur informieren, sondern inspirieren. Wir ermutigen sie, Ungerechtigkeiten zu hinterfragen, gesellschaftliche Verantwortung zu übernehmen und eigene Ideen mutig umzusetzen. Denn wir sind überzeugt: Wer die Welt versteht, kann sie auch verändern.

Für unser engagiertes Team suchen wir ab Januar bzw. nach Vereinbarung eine*n Mitarbeiter*in für die Öffentlichkeitsarbeit und Workshopleitung, die/der Kinder und Jugendliche für soziales Handeln begeistert. 1 Mitarbeiter*in für Workshops und Öffentlichkeitsarbeit youngCaritas Deine Aufgaben

* Du entwickelst neue Workshops, Aktionsformate und Exkursionen - mit Fokus auf soziale Gerechtigkeit und Nachhaltigkeit

* Du begleitest Kinder, Jugendliche und junge Erwachsene bei Projekten, z. B. an Schulen, in Firmgruppen oder Jugendorganisationen

* Du führst Workshops selbst durch - dabei inspirierst du, motivierst und öffnest neue Perspektiven

* Gemeinsam mit dem Team entwickelst und begleitest du Projekte, von der Idee bis zur Umsetzung

* Du dokumentierst und reflektierst die Aktivitäten, damit aus guten Ideen echte Wirkung entsteht

* Du arbeitest mit engagierten Netzwerkpartner*innen

Dein Profil

* Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im pädagogischen oder medienbezogenen Bereich sowie Interesse und Affinität für den jeweils anderen Tätigkeitsbereich.

* Du hast Erfahrung mit Workshops, Seminaren oder Trainings mit Kindern, Jugendlichen und jungen Erwachsenen und weißt, wie man Gruppen begeistert

* Du hast praktische Erfahrung in der Öffentlichkeitsarbeit, im Bereich Social Media, in der Content-Erstellung oder Medienproduktion.

* Du denkst gerne konzeptionell und setzt deine Ideen praxisnah um

* Du hast Freude an der Arbeit mit jungen Menschen und bringst Empathie, Offenheit und interkulturelle Sensibilität mit

* Du bist flexibel
