Das Österreichische Rote Kreuz, Landesverband Niederösterreich sucht ab Jänner 2027: 1 Mitarbeiter_in Finanzbuchhaltung Das Österreichische Rote Kreuz Niederösterreich sucht für die Abteilung Finanzen eine motivierte und engagierte Persönlichkeiten, die nicht nur ein gutes Zahlenverständnis haben, sondern sich auch mit ihrer Expertise jeglicher Herausforderung stellen. Durch selbstständige, termingerechte, genaue und periodenreine Abwicklung der Buchhaltungsagenden laut UGB tragen die Mitarbeiter:innen der Finanzbuchhaltung maßgeblich zu einem reibungslosen Ablauf innerhalb der Abteilung bei.

Ihre Aufgaben:

* Kreditoren, Debitoren, Zahlungsverkehr, Saldenabstimmungen

* Bearbeitung der Bank inkl. Mahnwesen

* diverse Innenverrechnungen

* Berücksichtigung der Kostenrechnungskriterien und der steuerspezifischen Aspekte des Roten Kreuzes

* unterjährige Abgrenzungen

* Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Rotkreuz Bezirksstellen und anderen Abteilungen in der Landesverbandzentrale

* Mitarbeit beim Jahresabschluss und bei diversen Projekten

* Matura oder abgeschlossene kfm. Ausbildung

* einschlägige Berufserfahrung wünschenswert

* gute EDV-Anwenderkenntnisse (MS-Office) und generelle IT-Affinität

* "Dynamics 365 BC"-Kenntnisse von Vorteil

* selbständiges Arbeiten, Flexibilität, Verantwortungsbewußtsein

* Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit

* Auffassungs- und Einfühlungsvermögen

* hohe Lernbereitschaft und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit

* gültiger Erste-Hilfe-Kurs (kann innerhalb von sechs Monaten außerhalb der Arbeitszeit nachgeholt werden)

* Impf- oder Immunitätsnachweise
