Ihr Aufgabengebiet

* Telefonischer, schriftlicher und persönlicher Kontakt mit Bewerber*innen und Schulungsteilnehmer*innen

* Einholung, Digitalisierung und Ablage von Eintrittsdokumenten

* Vorbereitung der Dienstverträge sowie Durchführung von Vertragsunterzeichnungen

* Vor- und Nachbereitung unseres Willkommenstages im Zuge des Onboardingprozesses

* Administration der elektronischen Mitarbeiter*innenausweise

* Verteilung der internen und externen Post

* Bearbeitung des Bewerbungspostfachs

* Verantwortung für die rechtzeitige Bestellung und Verwaltung von Büromaterialien

* Unterstützung der Mitarbeiter*innen im Personalmanagement

* Mitarbeit an HR-Projekten

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung

* Einschlägige Berufserfahrung erwünscht

* gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Fundierte Microsoft 365 Kenntnisse erforderlich, sowie idealerweise Erfahrung mit SAP-HCM

* Freundliches und professionelles Auftreten

* Organisationstalent mit ausgezeichneten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten

* Verantwortungsbewusstsein und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

Für diese Position ist eine überkollektivvertragliche Entlohnung ab € 2.100,00 brutto pro Monat (40 Wochenstunden) vorgesehen. Abhängig von Ihrer Qualifikation und Erfahrung ist eine Überzahlung möglich.
