Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir für den Standort Vils (Tirol) 1 Mitarbeiter:in im Bereich Seminarorganisation & Eventmanagement (m/w/d)

Arbeitszeitausmaß 80-100%

Vollzeit oder Teilzeit

Du möchtest maßgeblich zum Veranstaltungserfolg beitragen, mitorganisieren und unsere Kund:innen bei Anfragen unterstützen? Dann werde Teil unseres Teams!

Deine Aufgaben:

* Die Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen und Seminarbuchungen gehört in deinen Verantwortungsbereich.

* Du organisierst und betreust ausgewählte Veranstaltungen, Seminare und Konferenzen.

* Unsere interne Software zur Veranstaltungsverwaltung nutzt du intensiv im Arbeitsalltag.

* Mitarbeit in ausgewählten Eventmarketing-Projekten runden deinen Aufgabenbereich ab.

* Du übernimmst zudem die Reiseplanung für unsere Referent:innen.

So überzeugst du uns:

* Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung.

* Idealerweise hast du bereits Erfahrung im telefonischen Kundenkontakt gesammelt.

* Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

* Gute Englischkenntnisse runden dein sprachliches Profil ab.

* Der sichere Umgang mit MS-Office ist für dich selbstverständlich, und es fällt dir leicht dich in neue Programme einzuarbeiten.

* Deine Arbeitsweise ist strukturiert, genau und detailorientiert.

* Zudem überzeugst du durch Zuverlässigkeit, Flexibilität und Teamfähigkeit.
