Wir suchen zur Verstärkung unseres Teams: 1 Mitarbeiter_in im Marketing Du willst nicht nur "Marketing machen", sondern aktiv mitgestalten, Ideen einbringen und Dinge direkt umsetzen - von der Planung einer Kampagne bis zur spontanen Instagram-Story? Dann bist du bei uns genau richtig.

Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere Marke sichtbar, einheitlich und wirkungsvoll präsentiert wird - online wie offline. Das heißt: Kampagnen planen, Inhalte umsetzen, Prozesse im Blick behalten und auch mal selbst zur Kamera oder zum Handy greifen. Du arbeitest eng mit Geschäftsführung und Vertrieb zusammen, hast Spaß an neuen Ideen und setzt diese pragmatisch um.

* Strategie entwickeln:

Du entwickelst gemeinsam mit uns eine kanalübergreifende Marketingstrategie und setzt sie konsequent und wirkungsvoll um.

* Content Creation:

Du erstellst Inhalte für Social Media, Newsletter und Print - inklusive einfachem Videoschnitt und Bildbearbeitung.

* Organisation & Reporting:

Du hältst Deadlines und Prozesse im Blick und stellst sicher, dass Projekte sauber umgesetzt werden.

* Kampagnen- & Anzeigenmanagement:

Du planst, schaltest und betreust Werbeanzeigen (Meta, Google etc.) und misst, was funktioniert.

* Landingpages:

Du kannst mit WordPress Landingpages erstellen, die klar, ansprechend und harmonisch sind.

DEIN PROFIL:

Damit du in unserem Team erfolgreich bist und Freude an der Arbeit hast, solltest du Folgendes mitbringen:

* Ausbildung oder Erfahrung im Marketing, idealerweise aus Agentur- oder Unternehmensumfeld.

* Spaß an kreativen Aufgaben (Foto, Video, Print) und keine Angst vor Technik.

* Gute Kommunikation: intern wie extern

* Praxiserfahrung mit digitalen Tools & Kanälen (Meta, Google Ads, WordPress, Newsletter, Analytics).

* Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise und Lust, Dinge voranzubringen.
