Für unseren Kunden in Leonding suchen wir ab sofort eine kommunikative Persönlichkeit für den Telefondienst. Als erste Kontaktperson empfangen Sie Anrufer freundlich und sorgen für die professionelle Betreuung. Sie nehmen Telefonate entgegen, bearbeiten E-Mails und leiten Anliegen gezielt an die zuständigen Fachabteilungen weiter.

Wir bieten eine Teilzeitbeschäftigung im Ausmaß von 22 Wochenstunden. Ihre Einsatzzeiten liegen von Montag bis Donnerstag von 15:30 bis 19:00 Uhr sowie am Freitag von 12:00 bis 19:00 Uhr. Bei Vertretungsdiensten sind auch 12-Stunden-Dienste zwischen 07:00 und 19:00 Uhr möglich.

* Deutschkenntnisse auf in Wort und Schrift

* Solide Englischkenntnisse

* Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office

* Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke

* Gepflegtes Auftreten und gute Umgangsformen

Von Vorteil sind für den Sicherheitsdienst relevante Ausbildungen (z. B. Brandschutz, Erste Hilfe und Interventionskurs).

Die Entlohnung erfolgt gemäß dem Kollektivvertrag für das Bewachungsgewerbe auf Stundenbasis und beträgt für diese Position € 13,87 brutto pro Stunde. Für 40 Wochenstunden bieten wir € 2.402,28 brutto pro Monat (exklusive Zuschläge oder Zulagen). Darüber hinaus erhalten Sie bei Leistung von Nachtdiensten eine Nachtzulage in Höhe von € 1,26 brutto pro Stunde sowie bei Feiertagsdiensten einen Feiertagszuschlag von 100 %.
