1 Mitarbeiter:in Mein.BAHNhof - Innovation & Entwicklung (befristet bis 30.04.2028) Wir bieten diese Stelle in Teilzeit mit 30 Wochenstunden bis 30.04.2028 befristet an.Dein Job * Du bist zentrale:r fachliche:r Ansprechpartner:in für Innovation & Entwicklung im und rund um den Bahnhof - mit Schwerpunkt Neue Services für Reisende. * Im Themenfeld Neue Services am Bahnhof erarbeitest du innovative Konzepte auf Basis von Trends, Marktforschung, Customer Journey Analysen und Wettbewerbsanalysen etc. * Dabei betrachtest du Problemstellungen aus Kund:innenperspektive und entwickelst proaktiv Lösungen dafür. * Von der Idee über die Konzeption und Pilotierung bis hin zum Roll-out setzt du kund:innenfokussierte Innovationsprojekte eigenverantwortlich um. * Gleichzeitig übernimmst du die Rolle als Schnittstelle für Marktforschungsprojekte innerhalb der ÖBB Immobilien. * In deiner Rolle treibst du Projekte selbständig voran, koordinierst interne und externe Stakeholder und sorgst für eine konstruktive Zusammenarbeit. * Du unterstützt durch Workshops und aktive Begleitung von Ideenprozessen Mitarbeiter:innen außerhalb der Abteilung, und arbeitest am Aufbau einer internen Innovations-Community, um das Trend- und Innovationsmindset zu stärken.Dein Profil * Du hast ein abgeschlossenes interdisziplinäres Studium und bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung im Management von Projekten mit starkem Kund:innenfokus mit - idealerweise im Bereich Innovationsmanagement, Produktentwicklung, Raumplanung oder Immobilienmanagement. * Erfahrung in Ideengenerierungsprozessen und der Moderation von Workshops ist von Vorteil. * Du schätzt konzeptionelles Arbeiten genauso wie die praktische Umsetzung und sprichst die Sprache sowohl des Managements als auch des operativen Personals. * Du hast Erfahrung in der Koordination interdisziplinärer Teams. * Trends und Innovationen interessieren dich, und du hast eine klare Affinität dafür, das Kund:innenerlebnis stetig zu optimieren. * Service Design Thinking, Customer Experience Design, Lean Innovation und agiles Arbeiten sind für dich keine Fremdwörter. * Du arbeitest teamorientiert, strukturiert und eigenverantwortlich, bringst Kreativität, Flexibilität und eine Hands-on-Mentalität mit.
