Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams im Großmarkt Vösendorf suchen wir eine/n 1 Mitarbeiter/in Verkaufsinnendienst (m/w/d) J

Vollzeit 38,5 Wochenstunden, ab sofort

Stellenbeschreibung

Deine Aufgaben:

* Du bildest die Schnittstelle zu Verkaufsaußendienst, Kunde und Großmarkt und fungierst als administrative Drehscheibe für das Kundenmanagement-Team

* Mit deiner ausgeprägten Dienstleistungs- und Serviceorientierung bearbeitest du Reklamationen und Kundenanfragen im Rahmen interner Vorgaben

* Du übernimmst die Pflege von Kundenstammdaten, Büroorganisation sowie die Vor- und Nachbereitung von Meetings

* In enger Zusammenarbeit und Abstimmung mit dem Team sowie durch deine starke Vernetzung im Großmarkt erstellst du zielgruppengerechte Angebote und Kalkulationen

* Als leidenschaftliche Verkäuferpersönlichkeit übernimmst du die telefonische Beratung und Betreuung von Kunden im Bereich der Hotellerie und Gastronomie (HoReCa)

* Mit verkäuferischem Talent und Einfühlungsvermögen ermittelst du geschickt die Bedürfnisse deiner Kunden und begeisterst sie für unsere vielfältigen Produkte und Servicedienstleistungen

Qualifikationen

Deine Qualifikationen:

* Du hast eine abgeschlossene gastronomische und/oder kaufmännische Ausbildung

* Du bist eine dynamische Verkaufspersönlichkeit mit einschlägiger Berufserfahrung im Verkaufsinnendienst/Telefonverkauf sowie in der Gastronomie/Hotellerie

* Du bist kommunikativ und dynamisch, mit einer empathischen Persönlichkeit sowie einem überzeugenden und wortgewandten Naturell

* Du denkst und handelst strukturiert, markt- und kundenorientiert

* Du hast sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und wir freuen uns über jede weitere Fremdsprache, die du sprichst

* Sehr gute MS Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere im Umgang mit Excel, runden dein Profil ab

Dein Gehaltspaket:

Dein Gehalt richtet sich nach deiner Qualifikation und Erfahrung, die Details besprechen wir gerne persönlich. Das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt für diese Vollzeitstelle beträgt € 2.251,- brutto/Monat, je nach Erfahrung und Qualifikation ist eine Überzahlung möglich.
