ALTECH GmbH ist Ingenieurbüro für Maschinenbau und Personalbereitstellung mit Sitz in Graz-Andritz und Standort in Berndorf. Wir bringen Absolvent:innen von HTL, FH und Uni sowie erfahrene Fachkräfte mit Partnerunternehmen in Graz, Weiz, Wien und Linz zusammen: Konstruktion, Engineering, Automatisierung, Produktdesign, IT und Office. Sie sind bei ALTECH angestellt und beim Partnerunternehmen im Einsatz. 1 Mitarbeiter Infrastruktur & Gebäudemanagement (m/w/d) IHRE AUFGABEN

- Technische und administrative Unterstützung der Leitung Infrastruktur und des Gebäudemanagements im Tagesgeschäft

- Koordination von Terminen, sowie Abwicklung von Behördenangelegenheiten und Bewilligungen

- Kaufmännische Tätigkeiten wie Rechnungsprüfung, Budgetüberwachung und Dokumentation

- Unterstützung bei der Implementierung eines Dokumentenablagesystems

- Kostencontrolling: Überwachung und Analyse von Kostenstellen, Erstellung von Auswertungen und Berichten

- Erstellen von Präsentationen sowie Auswertungen und Analysen für Reporting

- Unterstützung hinsichtlich Facility Services (Unterhaltsreinigung, Schriftverkehr, Werkssicherheit, Außenanlagen etc.)

- Bestellwesen (interne Bestellplattform DIG, SAP Modul ME): Bedarfsanforderungen erstellen

- Fahrzeugmanagement, insbesondere Leihautoverwaltung und administrative Unterstützung der Poolfahrzeuge

IHR PROFIL

- Abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung auf Matura-Niveau (HTL, HAK, o.ä.)

- Technisches und kaufmännisches Verständnis sowie Interesse an Infrastruktur- und Gebäudethemen

- Deutsch auf Niveau C1 und Englisch auf Niveau B2

- Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office

- SAP-Kenntnisse von Vorteil

- Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke

- Organisationsgeschick sowie Einsatzbereitschaft
