Die Voithofer Facility Services GmbH sucht zur Verstärkung seines Teams 2 Mitarbeiter_innen Essensausgabe an Wiener Ganztagsschulen Wir suchen im Rahmen einer Jobbörse für öffentliche Ganztagsschulen im Raum Wien in Teilzeit (25 Wochenstunden)

Aufgaben

* Übernahme und Kontrolle der angelieferten Speisen (Menge, Temperatur, Zustand)

* Regenerieren und Warmhalten der Speisen nach Vorgabe

* Portionieren und Ausgabe der Mahlzeiten an Schülerinnen und Schüler

* Vorbereitung des Speise- und Ausgabebereichs (Eindecken, Bereitstellen)

* Abräumen, Geschirr- und Besteckreinigung

* Reinigung von Küche, Ausgabebereich und Geräten nach Reinigungsplan

* Führen der Hygiene- und Temperaturdokumentation (HACCP)

* Arbeitszeiterfassung über Smartphone-App

Anforderungen

* Deutschkenntnisse für die Verständigung mit Schulpersonal und Vorgesetzten sowie zum Verstehen von Arbeits- und Hygieneanweisungen

* Zuverlässigkeit und Pünktlichkeit, da die Ausgabezeiten fix vorgegeben sind

* Freundlicher und geduldiger Umgang mit Kindern und Jugendlichen

* Sauberes und hygienisches Arbeiten

* Körperliche Belastbarkeit (Arbeiten im Stehen, Heben und Tragen von Speisebehältern)

* Bereitschaft zur Teilnahme an Hygiene- und Einschulungsmaßnahmen

* Erfahrung in Gastronomie, Gemeinschaftsverpflegung oder Reinigung von Vorteil, aber nicht Voraussetzung

Erforderliche Unterlagen

* Lebenslauf

* Gültiger Lichtbildausweis und gegebenenfalls Aufenthaltstitel mit Arbeitsmarktzugang

* Strafregisterbescheinigung, gegebenenfalls Sonderauszug Kinder- und Jugendfürsorge

Arbeitszeit

Montag bis Freitag, an Schultagen. Schwerpunkt Mittagszeit, durchschnittlich rund 25 Wochenstunden

Einschulung

Vor dem ersten Einsatz erhalten alle Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter eine Hygieneschulung nach Lebensmittelhygienerecht (HACCP) sowie eine Einschulung in die Abläufe am jeweiligen Schulstandort. Die Einarbeitung erfolgt gemeinsam mit erfahrenem Personal.

Entlohnung

Kollektivvertrag für Gastronomie, Euro 11,75 brutto pro Stunde.

Auswahlverfahren

Die Vorauswahl erfolgt in Kurzgesprächen im Rahmen einer Jobbörse. Bei Bedarf kann ein Probetag an einem Schulstandort vereinbart werden. Die Zuteilung zu den Standorten erfolgt nach Möglichkeit wohnortnah.
