Und damit hat er sich auch einen guten Arbeitsplatz verdient. 1 Mitarbeiterin_in für die Arbeitsvorbereitung Tätigkeitsbereich:

·Produktionsplanung: Sie planen und steuern Produktionsaufträge und stimmen Kapazitäten, Mengen und Termine aufeinander ab.

·Daten- und Auftragsmanagement: Sie pflegen Stammdaten in SAP und MES, bearbeiten Kundenaufträge und erstellen Stücklisten.

·Materialplanung: Sie ermitteln den Materialbedarf und stimmen sich mit dem Einkauf ab.

·Produktionssteuerung: Sie erstellen Produktionslenkungspläne und unterstützen reibungslose Fertigungsabläufe.

Zusammenarbeit: Sie koordinieren sich mit den beteiligten Abteilungen und stimmen Transporte mit der Logistik ab.

Fachliche Anforderungen:

·Ausbildung: Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene AHS-, HTL- oder HAK-Ausbildung, eine Lehre in der Metallbranche oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.

·Berufserfahrung: Sie bringen Erfahrung in der Arbeitsvorbereitung oder Produktionsplanung mit.

·EDV-Kenntnisse: Sie haben Erfahrung mit SAP und sind mit MS Office vertraut.

·Sprachkenntnisse: Sie verfügen über Deutschkenntnisse auf mindestens B1-Niveau. Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.

Zusatzkenntnisse: Erfahrung in der Serienfertigung und mit MES-Systemen ist willkommen.

Persönliche Anforderungen:

·Selbstständigkeit: Sie arbeiten eigenverantwortlich, strukturiert und lösungsorientiert.

·Teamfähigkeit: Sie arbeiten gerne mit anderen zusammen und stimmen sich zuverlässig ab.

Mobilität: Führerschein B und ein eigenes Auto sind für die Erreichbarkeit des Arbeitsortes von Vorteil.
