Das MAGDAS Hotel ist Österreichs erstes Social Business Hotel. Als farbenfroher Ort des Miteinanders bietet es Menschen mit Flucht- und Migrationserfahrung Arbeits- und Ausbildungsplätze. Wir suchen motivierte und zuverlässige Mitarbeiter:innen, die uns langfristig unterstützen wollen. 1 Nachtportier:in/ Night Audit in Teilzeit (all genders) (ab November I 24 Wochenstunden I 1030 Wien)

Was du machst

* Du bist für 3 Tage in der Woche für den Check-in, Check-out und die Betreuung unserer internationalen Gäste während ihres Aufenthalts während der Nachtstunden verantwortlich

* Du sorgst die ganze Nacht für eine angenehme und sichere Atmosphäre im Hotel

* Du bist die Ansprechperson unserer Gäste und bietest hervorragenden Service und Unterstützung an

* Du bist für das Beschwerde- und Reklamationsmanagement verantwortlich

* Du arbeitest mit dem Buchungssystem (MEWS) und verwaltest Reservierungen sowie Gästeanfragen per Mail, Telefon, etc.

* Du wickelst den Zahlungsverkehr und die Rechnungsstellung für die Hotelgäste sorgfältig ab

* Du nimmst Feedback entgegen und leitest Feedback weiter

* Du machst den Tagesabschluss

* Manchmal übernimmst du auch Tagdienste (Vertretung)

Was du kannst

* Du hast Erfahrung im Hotel und an der Rezeption oder im Kund:innenservice

* Du bist weltoffen und hast einen freundlichen Umgang mit Gästen

* Du hast ein ordentliches und gepflegtes Auftreten

* Du hast eine positive Arbeitseinstellung und Ergebnisorientierung

* Du bist teamfähig, flexibel und besitzt Eigeninitiative

* Du arbeitest gerne eigenverantwortlich, selbstständig und handelst proaktiv

* Du sprichst sehr gut Deutsch (vorzugsweise C1)

* Du hast gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift - weitere Fremdsprachen sind von Vorteil
