Als NextGen Copywriter bei REICHLUNDPARTNER entwickelst du gemeinsam mit einem interdisziplinären Team Ideen, Geschichten und Kampagnen, die Menschen bewegen, Marken stärken und Gespräche auslösen.

Du denkst strategisch, textest kanalübergreifend und findest genau die Worte, die aus einer guten Idee eine außergewöhnliche Kampagne machen. Dabei nutzt du GenAI nicht als Ersatz für Kreativität, sondern als intelligentes Werkzeug, um schneller, mutiger und wirkungsvoller zu arbeiten.

Du verbindest exzellentes Storytelling mit strategischem Denken und entwickelst Kommunikation, die Kund:innen begeistert - und das Potenzial hat, nationale wie internationale Aufmerksamkeit zu gewinnen.

DAS BRINGST DU MIT:

- Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Copywriter oder Konzeptioner:in in einer renommierten Kreativagentur

- Ein starkes Portfolio mit integrierten Kampagnen für nationale und internationale Marken.

- Herausragendes Gespür für Sprache, Ideen, Storytelling und Markenführung.

- Erfahrung in der Entwicklung kanalübergreifender Kampagnen -

von klassischen Medien bis Social Media, Digital, Content und Bewegtbild.

- Freude an Teamarbeit und kreativem Sparring mit Art Direction, Strategie und Beratung.

- Hohe Qualitätsansprüche, Eigeninitiative und Begeisterung für neue kreative Möglichkeiten.

- Kommunikationssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.

- GenAI selbstverständlich in ihren kreativen Workflow integrieren.

- Erfahrung mit Tools wie Weavy.ai, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Flux, Ideogram, Runway, Veo, Sora, Kling AI, ElevenLabs, Typecast, Udio, Suno oder vergleichbaren Plattformen für Text, Bild, Audio, Musik und Video mitbringen.

- idealerweise Erfahrung im Prompt Design, Content Creation, Social Storytelling sowie KI-gestützter Content-Produktion haben.

Da für unseren Standort in Oberösterreich kein eigener Kollektivvertrag zur Anwendung kommt, orientiert sich diese Angabe am Wiener Kollektivvertrag für Werbung und Marktkommunikation und beträgt für diese Position € 2.400,- brutto monatlich auf Vollzeitbasis. Abhängig von Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung besteht selbstverständlich die Bereitschaft zu einer deutlichen Überzahlung.
