Ab sofort suchen wir: 1 Objektleiter_in technisches Facility Management (M/W/X) Sie bringen technisches Know-how, Organisationstalent und eine lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit?

Dann werden Sie Teil der Strabag Property & Facility Services GmbH und übernehmen Sie Verantwortung für die Betreuung und Steuerung technischer Gebäudeanlagen.

Was für uns zählt

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (Lehre, HTL o.Ä.)

* Einschlägige Berufserfahrung idealerweise im Facility Management

* Fachkenntnisse im Bereich HKLS, Elektro und Brandschutz

* Kaufmännisches Verständnis und betriebswirtschaftliches Denken

* Gute EDV-Kenntnisse sowie Erfahrung mit CAFM-Systemen

* Führerschein Klasse B

* Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Einsatzbereitschaft

* Lösungsorientierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise

Ihr Beitrag bei uns

* Verantwortung für Instandhaltungs- und Instandsetzungsmaßnahmen technischer Anlagen (HKLS & Elektro)

* Führung und Einteilung des Technikteams

* Planung, Leitung und Steuerung der vertraglich vereinbarten Leistungen sowie deren Qualitätsstandards

* Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorgaben, Normen sowie Arbeitssicherheits- und Brandschutzvorschriften

* Kostenstellenverantwortung und Ressourcenoptimierung

* Ansprechpartner:in für Kund:innen in allen Fragen des Gebäudemanagements

* Sicherstellung einer hohen Kundenzufriedenheit und reibungslosen Kommunikation
