Arbeitsmodell: Teilzeit / 20 Wochenstunden - Flexible Zeiteinteilung

Deine Aufgaben

* Verantwortung für den operativen Betrieb des Standorts (zB. Termin- und Postverwaltung, Bestellwesen)

* Ansprechpartner:in ("Concierge") für Anliegen von Mitarbeiter:innen, Besucher:innen und externen Dienstleistern

* Koordination exzellenter Services wie Reinigung, Catering und Sicherheit

* Bestellung und Verwaltung von Büromaterialien sowie Organisation von Speisen und Getränken

Dein Profil

* Serviceorientierte, kommunikative Persönlichkeit mit Teamgeist

* Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, hohe Eigenorganisation und gutes Prioritätenmanagement

* Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

* Sicherer Umgang mit dem PC und technisches Verständnis

* Erste Erfahrung im Office-, Assistenz- oder Empfangsbereich von Vorteil

* Studierende sind herzlich willkommen
