Wir suchen eine engagierte und erfahrene Persönlichkeit, die als Facheinkäufer:in den operativen Einkauf von Investitionsgütern und Dienstleistungen eigenverantwortlich übernimmt. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Gruppenleiter Investitionsbereich und den relevanten Fachabteilungen sichern Sie attraktive Konditionen, eine zuverlässige Versorgung und nachhaltige Lieferantenbeziehungen.

Dein Aufgabengebiet

* Eigenständige Abwicklung des operativen Beschaffungsprozesses für Investitionsgüter und Dienstleistungen

* Durchführung von Ausschreibungen sowie Verhandlung von Preisen, Konditionen und Verträgen

* Erstellung und Bewertung von Angebotsvergleichen sowie Aufbereitung fundierter Entscheidungsvorlagen

* Auswahl, Bewertung und Weiterentwicklung von Lieferanten unter Berücksichtigung von Qualität, Kosten, Versorgungssicherheit und Nachhaltigkeit

* Überwachung vereinbarter Konditionen und Leistungen sowie laufende Abstimmung mit Lieferanten

* Abstimmung von Beschaffungsvorhaben mit den internen Fachbereichen

* Pflege relevanter Einkaufs- und Lieferantenstammdaten sowie Abwicklung von Bestellungen im ERP-System

Dein Profil

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung, z. B. Lehre, HAK, HTL oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Einkauf, idealerweise im technischen oder industriellen Umfeld

* Ausgeprägtes Verhandlungsgeschick, hohes Kostenbewusstsein und sicheres Auftreten gegenüber Lieferanten

* Analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie gutes technisches Verständnis

* Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel, sowie Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen

* Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Kommunikationsstärke, Teamorientierung und eine eigenverantwortliche, umsetzungsstarke Arbeitsweise

Für diese Position ist ein Bruttojahresgehalt ab € 51.800,00 vorgesehen. Das tatsächliche Gehalt richtet sich nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung und wird gemeinsam im Gespräch vereinbart.
