Wir - das AMS Huttengasse, suchen im Rahmen einer schriftlichen Vorauswahl - für einen namhaften praktischen Arzt mit Sitz im 16. Bezirk in Wien zur Verstärkung des Teams 1 Ordinationsassistent/in .

Voraussetzungen:

- positiv ABGESCHLOSSENE AUSBILDUNG zur Ordinationsassistenz UND EINSCHLÄGIGE BERUFSERFAHRUNG

- Sprachkenntnisse in DEUTSCH (in Wort und Schrift) und TÜRKISCH (in Wort), der Tätigkeit entsprechend

- Kenntnisse auf Ärzteprogramm INNO Med von großem Vorteil

- gute MS Office-Anwendungskenntnisse

- Zuverlässigkeit muss gegeben sein

- Kontakt- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit / Freundlichkeit

- Einfühlungsvermögen

- Verantwortungsbewusstsein

- Organisationsfähigkeit

- Diskretion

- Medizinische Fachsprache

Den Arbeitsort im 16. Bezirk in Wien erreichen Sie auch mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln (wenige Minuten Fußweg von der U3 entfernt) sehr gut.

Aufgabenbereich:

- Schalterbereich

- Terminvereinbarung (direkt, telefonisch, E-Mail)

- Telefon: Behandlung von eingehenden Anrufen

- Patient_innenanmeldung

- E-Mail-Bearbeitung; Postverwaltung

- Beschwerdemanagement

- Betreuung der Ordinationsräume

- Bearbeitung von Rezept-Anforderungen

- einfache Assistenztätigkeiten bei ärztlichen Maßnahmen

Die Entlohnung erfolgt nach dem Kollektivvertrag, je nach Berufserfahrung und Qualifikation.

Arbeitszeit:

25-30 Stunden (Teilzeitbeschäftigung), nach persönlicher Absprache während den Rahmenöffnungszeiten von Montag: 08:00 - 14:00 Uhr, Dienstag: 14:00 - 19:00 Uhr, Mittwoch: 08:00 - 14:00 Uhr, Donnerstag: 14:00 - 18:00 Uhr und Freitag: 08:00 - 12:00 Uhr.

Wichtig ist, das Sie Dienstag und Donnerstag auch nach 17 Uhr arbeiten können.
