Das Service für Unternehmen des AMS St. Veit an der Glan sucht für die Orddination "Dr. med. univ Wilhelmine Pipam" in Althofen im Rahmen einer Vorauswahl ab Jänner 2027 organisatorische Unterstützung. 1 Ordinationsfachkraft mwd Teilzeit im Ausmaß von 23 Wochenstunden, Arbeitszeiten: Mo 12:00 - 17:00, Di - Do 07:45 - 12:00, Fr 07:45 - 11:30;

ANFORDERUNGSPROFIL:

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im angestrebten Assistenzberuf

* Kommunikative Persönlichkeit mit professioneller Übersicht (auch in Stresssituationen)

* Angenehme Telefonstimme

* Gute EDV-Kenntnisse (Office und Ordinationsprogramm)

* Verlässlichkeit, Motivation und ehrliches Interesse für unser Stellenangebot sind Grundvoraussetzungen

AUFGABEN:

* Aufnahme/Patient_innenbetreuung

* Assistenz bei ärztlichen Eingriffen

* Administrative Bürotätigkeiten, die in der Ordination anfallen

* Verwaltung der Patient_innenkartei

* Vorbereitung von Infusionen/Injektionen

* Labortätigkeiten (zB. Auswertungen von Harnproben)

* Telefonieren

* Terminkoordination

* Entlohnung: lt. KV ab ca. € 2.243/brutto pro Monat (je nach Dienstjahren und Qualifikationen Überzahlung möglich) auf Basis Vollzeitbeschäftigung
