Wir suchen 1 Payroll Specialist 70 bis 100 % (m/w/d) DU

* verantwortest eigenständig die Personalverrechnung sowie die Zeitwirtschaft für eines unserer Werke und stellst eine rechtlich korrekte sowie termingerechte Abwicklung sicher

* agierst als fachliche Schnittstelle für Führungskräfte und Mitarbeitende und berätst kompetent in allen abrechnungsrelevanten Fragestellungen

* überzeugst durch eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise und wirkst aktiv an Digitalisierungs- und Automatisierungsinitiativen im Payroll-Umfeld mit

* treibst deine fachliche Weiterentwicklung aktiv voran und baust dein Know-how im Bereich Personalverrechnung kontinuierlich aus

* setzen eine fundierte Ausbildung, sehr gute Kenntnisse im Arbeits-, Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht sowie mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung voraus

* bieten ein anspruchsvolles Aufgabengebiet, langfristige Perspektiven und gezielte Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten im Bereich Payroll

* arbeiten mit SAP - gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse bringst du mit
