Derzeit suchen wir für einen Kunden ab sofort 1 Persönliche Assistenz in Traiskirchen gesucht! (BNHM17)

Persönliche Assistenz bedeutet Menschen mit Behinderungen im Alltag durch manuelle Handreichungen zu unterstützen. Als Persönliche_r Assistent_in erledigen Sie jene Handgriffe, welche die behinderte Person selbst nicht ausführen kann.

Tätigkeiten, die Unterstützung durch Persönliche Assistenz erfordern:

* Hilfestellung bei der Körperpflege

* Handreichungen während der Freizeit

* Unterstützung beim Haushalt (Einkaufen, Kochen, Putzen,, ...)

* Begleitung auf Freizeitwegen (z.B. Veranstaltungen, Kino,... )

* Begleitung zur Therapien und /oder Arztterminen

Sie bringen mit:

* Pünktlichkeit & Verlässlichkeit

* Zeitliche Flexibilität

* Soziale Kompetenz

* PC-Anwenderkenntnisse von Vorteil

* FS B und ein eigenes Auto

Persönliche Assistent:innen benötigen in der Regel keine formalen Ausbildungen des Gesundheits- und Sozialbereiches. Sie werden von den Kund:innen individuell eingeschult! Die WAG unterstützt mit einem berufsbegleitenden Fort- und Ausbildungsangebot.

Unser Angebot:

* berufsbegleitendes Fortbildungsangebot

* Arbeitsausmaß: 17 Wochenstunden

* Dienstzeiten: Dienste montags und dienstags ca. 11:00 bis 18:30 und jedes dritte Wochenende Samstag und Sonntag 13:00 bis 20:30, nach Vereinbarung mit der Kundin

* Beginn der Tätigkeit ab: sofort

* Dienstverhältnis: Anstellung nach SWÖ Kollektivvertrag 2026, Gehalt für 37 Wochenstunden mindestens 2494,30 € (Verwendungsgruppe 4/1)
