Personaldienstleistungsassistent_in

(Gerne auch Quereinsteiger_innen, mit fehlenden Qualifikationen für diese Stelle, die beim AMS arbeitslos gemeldet sind und eine Leistung aus der Arbeitslosenversicherung beziehen für ein AUSBILDUNGSANGEBOT im Rahmen des Programms ARBEITSPLATZNAHE QUALIFIZIERUNG (AQUA)) 1 Personaldienstleistungsassistent_in Ihre Aufgaben - Langweilig wird es Ihnen nicht

* Betreuung von Bewerber_innen während des gesamten Recruiting-Prozesses

* Suche nach geeigneten Personen inkl. Durchführung von Erstgesprächen und Vermittlungsgesprächen

* Abstimmung intern und extern zu offenen Positionen und Anforderungen

* Stammdatenpflege

* Unterstützung bei administrativen Tätigkeiten

Für Personen, die beim AMS vorgemerkt sind besteht gegebenenfalls die Möglichkeit, sich über ein regionales AMS-Bildungsangebot wie beispielsweise die arbeitsplatznahe Qualifizierung (AQUA) fehlende Qualifikationen anzueignen. Dieses Modell bietet Ihnen die Chance zur Qualifizierung bis hin zum Lehrabschluss.

Während des AMS-Bildungsangebots werden Teilnehmende versicherungstechnisch und finanziell durch das AMS abgesichert.
