Wir sind ein international führender Komplettanbieter im Bereich Sondermaschinenbau, mit rund 250 Mitarbeitern weltweit. AUFGABEN

* Durchführung der laufenden Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung inkl. Reisekostenabrechnung

* Eigenständige Abwicklung der Personaladministration vom Eintritt bis zum Austritt ( Wiedereingliederung, Karenz, Abmahnung, Kündigungen etc.)

* Kommunikation mit Behörden, Ämtern und externen Ansprechpartnern

* Pflege und Verwaltung der digitalen Personalakten sowie Stammdaten im System

* Kontrolle und Überwachung der Zeiterfassung

* Ansprechpartner für Mitarbeiter und Führungskräfte in arbeits-, lohnsteuer- und sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Fragestellungen

ANFORDERUNGEN

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und Personalverrechnungsprüfung

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Personalverrechnung (idealerweise KV-Metallgewerbe) und sehr gute Kenntnisse im Arbeits-, Steuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht

* Kenntnisse in MS-Office und BMD NTCS sind erforderlich

* Sorgfältiger Arbeitsstil sowie absolute Zuverlässigkeit

* Die Fähigkeit Zusammenhänge logisch zu verknüpfen und zu kombinieren sowie ein sehr gutes Zahlengefühl

* Freude an der Arbeit in einem harmonischen Team
