Aufgaben

** selbstständige Abwicklung der Lohn- und Gehaltsverrechnung für unterschiedliche Branchen und Kund_innen

** Abrechnung von Arbeitern, Angestellten, Vorständen, Auslandssachverhalten, etc. je nach Qualifikation und persönlicher Neigung

** Ansprechpartner_in für unsere Kund_innen bei arbeits-, lohnsteuer- und sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Anfragen sowie laufende Anfragen

** Durchführung monatlicher Auswertungen

** Betreuung von Lohnabgabenprüfungen, laufender Kontakt mit Behörden und externen Partnern sowie Durchführung von diversen Meldungen

Kompetenzen

** Personalverrechner-Ausbildung von Vorteil (WIFI, KSW)

** Erfahrung in der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung anhand verschiedener Kollektivverträge von Vorteil

** Gute EDV-Kenntnisse (MS Office, BMD und/oder dpw von Vorteil)

** Gute Englisch-Kenntnisse

** Gewissenhafte, strukturierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise

** Engagierte, service- und teamorientierte Persönlichkeit
