Werde Teil unseres Team als 1 POLIER (M/W/D) Deine Aufgaben:

º Eigenverantwortliche Führung und Organisation von Baustellen

º Koordination von Mitarbeitern, Nachunternehmern und Lieferanten

º Verantwortung für Qualität, Termine und Kosten

º Materialdisposition sowie Organisation der Baustellenlogistik

º Umsetzung hochwertiger Innenausbau- und Holzbauprojekte

º Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Bauleitung, Planung und Projektentwicklung

º Sicherstellung eines sicheren, professionellen und reibungslosen Baustellenablaufs

Dein Profil:

º Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bauwesen (Maurer_in, Zimmerer_in, Bautechniker_in oder vergleichbare Qualifikation)

º Berufserfahrung als Vorarbeiter oder Polier (m/w/d)

º Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

º Freude an Verantwortung und Teamführung

º Handschlagqualität, Zuverlässigkeit und ein hoher Qualitätsanspruch

º Führerschein mind. B

Monatsbruttogehalt ab € 3.900. Das tatsächliche Gehalt richtet sich nach deiner

Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung; eine entsprechende Überzahlung ist vorgesehen.
