Ein tolles Team: Du unterstützt tatkräftig im Recruiting für unsere Verkaufshäuser als Teil des HR Retail Teams. Dabei gehört das Bewerbermanagement und die Unterstützung bei der Interviewdurchführung zu deinen täglichen Aufgaben.

Erfolg mitgestalten: Du verantwortest die reibungslose Schaltung unserer Stellenanzeigen auf externen Jobplattformen und stellst sicher, dass unsere Vakanzen optimal sichtbar sind.

Spannende Aufgaben: Deine Aufgaben umfassen die Pflege und Aufbereitung diverser HR Kennzahlen, Statistiken sowie Präsentationen.

Verantwortung übernehmen: Als kompetente Ansprechperson unterstützt du unsere internen User sowie unsere internationalen Verkaufshäuser bei technischen oder inhaltlichen Fragen rund um die Anzeigenschaltung.

Vielfältig unterstützen: Du kümmerst dich um diverse administrative Tätigkeiten und unterstützt das Team durch gezielte Recherchen bei verschiedenen Projekten.

WAS DU MITBRINGST

Dein Bildungsweg: Du hast ein laufendes oder abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder Psychologie mit Schwerpunkt Personal-, Arbeits- und Organisationsmanagement.

Deine Stärken: Du hast eine verantwortungsbewusste und sehr genaue Arbeitsweise. Auch bei komplexen Aufgaben gehst du lösungsorientiert und zuverlässig vor. Deine Eigeninitiative und hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung zeichnen dich aus.

Team & Kommunikation: Du arbeitest gerne im Team, unterstützt bei Abstimmungen und bringst eigene Ideen ein.

Deine Skills: Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS Office - insbesondere Excel, Word, PowerPoint und Outlook und verfügst über gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

Struktur & Organisation: Du behältst den Überblick über Aufgaben, Projekte und Reports - auch wenn mehrere Themen gleichzeitig anfallen.
