Was du bei uns bewirkst

Du studierst Innovationsmanagement mit technischem Schwerpunkt und möchtest dein Wissen in der Praxis einsetzen?

Dann bieten wir dir die Möglichkeit, im Rahmen eines Berufspraktikums ab Jänner 2027 unser Team im Bereich Intellectual Property zu unterstützen. Wenn es für dich und uns gut passt, kann das Praktikum auch eine spannende Perspektive für eine längerfristige Zusammenarbeit nach deinem Studium sein.

Dein Schwerpunkt liegt dabei auf dem Thema Patent Harvesting. Du unterstützt uns dabei, innovative Ideen und technische Entwicklungen im Unternehmen frühzeitig zu erkennen, aktiv auf Kolleg_innen zuzugehen und gemeinsam mit unseren Expert_innen mögliche patentierbare Innovationen zu identifizieren.

Das erwartet dich:

* Aktive Mitarbeit im Bereich Patent Harvesting

* Austausch mit Entwickler_innen und technischen Expert_innen zu neuen Ideen und Innovationen

* Unterstützung dabei, potenzielle Erfindungen und patentierbare Entwicklungen zu identifizieren

* Einblicke in die Schnittstelle zwischen Technologie, Innovation Management und Intellectual Property

* Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Kolleg_innen im Bereich Intellectual Property

Uns ist dabei nicht wichtig, dass du der oder die klassische Techniker_in bist. Viel wichtiger ist uns, dass du technisches Verständnis mit Kommunikationsstärke, Neugier und Eigeninitiative verbindest.

Das Praktikum ist für mindestens 4 bis 6 Monate und im Ausmaß von mindestens 20 Wochenstunden vorgesehen.

Auch eine Kombination des Praktikums mit einer Bachelor- oder Masterarbeit ist grundsätzlich möglich. Ein mögliches Thema wäre beispielsweise Patent Harvesting bzw. die Rolle von Intellectual Property im Innovationsmanagement.

* Laufendes Studium im Bereich Innovationsmanagement mit technischem Schwerpunkt, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Mechatronik oder ein vergleichbares Studium mit Technik- und Innovationsbezug.

* Interesse an neuen Technologien, Innovation und Intellectual Property

* Eine offene, kommunikative und proaktive Persönlichkeit

* Freude daran, auf Menschen zuzugehen, Themen aktiv voranzutreiben und dich mit unterschiedlichen Fachbereichen zu vernetzen

* Eigeninitiative, Neugier und eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise

* Organisationsgeschick

Gehalt

Die Bezahlung richtet sich nach dem Kollektivvertrag für Elektro- und Elektronikindustrie, mit einem monatlichen Bruttogehalt von € 1.572,44.
