Primararzt für Urologie Sie übernehmen die Leitung eines engagierten Teams mit breiter urologischer Expertise und gestalten die fachliche und organisatorische Weiterentwicklung der Abteilung mit klaren Impulsen für eine moderne, hochwertige, minimalinvasive Patientinnen- und Patientenversorgung. Es kommt geplanterweise zu einer RSG NÖ-konformen Verlagerung der Abteilung vom Standort Baden an den Standort Mödling bis zum 1. Juli 2027. Die Abteilung für Urologie umfasst strukturell 26 Betten (inkl. amb. Betreuungsplätze) sowie ambulante Versorgungseinheiten (inkl. Kinder-Urologie-Ambulanz).Besondere fachliche Schwerpunkte liegen in der laparoskopischen, minimalinvasiven onkologischen Chirurgie, die ab Herbst 2027 durch den Einsatz eines OP-Roboters erweitert wird, sowie in der multimodalen Harnsteinbehandlung. Hinzu kommen unterschiedliche operative Verfahren bei Harninkontinenz, die spezialisierte Diagnostik und Therapie von Blasenfunktionsstörungen, die Kinderurologie und neben der transurethralen Operation auch minimalinvasive Verfahren zur Behandlung der gutartigen Prostatahyperplasie.Die Position bietet eine attraktive Vergütung sowie die Möglichkeit, die Zukunft der Urologie am Standort aktiv mitzugestalten. Wenn Sie diese spannende Herausforderung annehmen möchten, freuen wir uns darauf, Sie kennenzulernen.Ihre Aufgabenbereiche: * Medizinische, organisatorische und wirtschaftliche Leitung der Abteilung für Urologie * Sicherstellung der umfassenden Patientenversorgung im Versorgungsbereich * Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung des Urologie Leistungsspektrums und der strukturellen und organisatorischen Abläufe innerhalb Ihres Verantwortungsbereiches * Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit den relevanten Fachabteilungen im Klinikum sowie innerhalb der NÖ Landesgesundheitsagentur * Ausarbeitung von Konzepten zur Optimierung der Prozesse und/oder Qualität in der Patientenversorgung * Intensive Kontaktpflege zu Zuweiserinnen bzw. Zuweisern und Kooperationspartnerinnen bzw. Kooperationspartnern * Engagierte Aus-, Fort- und Weiterbildung sowie kollegial-kooperative Anleitung und Förderung im Rahmen der Ärzteausbildung Ihre Kompetenzen: * Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Fachärztin bzw. zum Facharzt für Urologie und umfassende Kenntnisse sowie mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Fachbereich * Ausgewiesene Expertise in minimal-invasiven Operationstechniken * Nachweis der Berufsberechtigung als Fachärztin bzw.
