Impfstoffe und Tierarzneimitteln, uvm. vorweisen kann und auch laufend innovative,... 1 Process Engineer m/w/d - BAUKOORDINATOR Abteilung Building Systems - Infrastruktur/Netzwerk Aufgabenbereich * Koordination und Betreuung von Fremdfirmen (großteils tschechische Firmen) sowie Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Bau- und Installationsablaufs vor Ort. * Ansprechpartner:in für interne Fachabteilungen, Projektmanagement, Lieferanten und externe Dienstleister im täglichen Projektgeschäft. * Sicherstellung eines kontinuierlichen Informationsflusses zwischen Baustelle, verantwortlichen Fachbereichen und Projektleitung. * Überwachung der Ausführung von Netzwerkinstallationen, insbesondere der Verlegung von Datenkabeln, Glasfaserkabeln, Antennen und Netzwerkkomponenten gemäß den vorgegebenen Standards und Plänen. * Frühzeitiges Erkennen von Abweichungen, Qualitätsmängeln oder Terminrisiken sowie Einleitung geeigneter Gegenmaßnahmen in Abstimmung mit den verantwortlichen Stellen. * Unterstützung bei der Einhaltung von Sicherheits-, Qualitäts- und Umweltvorgaben auf der Baustelle. * Durchführung regelmäßiger Baustellenbegehungen sowie Dokumentation des Projektfortschritts, offener Punkte und festgestellter Mängel. * Unterstützung des Projektmanagements bei der Terminplanung, Statusberichterstattung und Eskalation kritischer Themen.Anforderungen * Erfahrung in der Koordination von Baustellen bzw. technischen Installationsarbeiten * Elektrotechnisches Grundverständnis, insbesondere Erfahrung mit Kabelverlegung und Kabelinstallationen * IT-Erfahrung bzw. gutes technisches Verständnis für IT-Infrastruktur und Netzwerke * Fähigkeit, den Fortschritt der Arbeiten vor Ort zu verfolgen und zu koordinieren * Fähigkeit, relevante Informationen, Probleme und Abweichungen strukturiert an den Project Manager (PM) und die verantwortlichen Personen weiterzugeben * Gute Kommunikations- und Koordinationsfähigkeiten im Umgang mit Technikern, Elektrikern, IT und externen Firmen * Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise * Gute Deutschkenntnisse * Fließende Englischkenntnisse, da die Kommunikation im Projekt teilweise auf Englisch erfolgt * Tschechisch von Vorteil * Durchsetzungsstarke Persönlichkeit mit sicherem Auftreten gegenüber internen und externen Ansprechpartnern * Körperliche gute Konstitution - Hebetätigkeiten von über 10kgGehaltsinformationenGehalt: € ab € 2.733,99 etwaige Überzahlung möglich; Hinweis: bis max. € 3.150,-Arbeitszeit: 30h/Woche MO-FrJob-DetailsReferenznummer: 00562910261120sGebiet: 3500 KremsStunden: 30h/Woche MO-FrGehalt (in Euro): ab € 2.733,99 etwaige Überzahlung möglichWeitere InformationenParkgarantie direkt am Standort sowie E-Ladestationen, betriebliche Gesundheitsförderung, gratis FSME-& Grippeimpfung sowie vergünstigtes Mittagsmenü in der Betriebsküche.ErwartungenEs erwartet Sie ein abwechslungsreiches und herausforderndes Aufgabengebiet in einem internationalen Konzern!
