Sie möchten die Verpackungslösungen von morgen mitgestalten und neue Technologien aktiv mitentwickeln? Dann werden Sie Teil von PABOCO, einem innovativen Umfeld innerhalb der ALPLA Gruppe, das an der Entwicklung nachhaltiger Papierflaschen arbeitet. In dieser Rolle verbinden Sie Prozessentwicklung, Produktion und Technologie und leisten einen entscheidenden Beitrag dazu, papierbasierte Verpackungslösungen von der Entwicklung bis zur Serienreife zu bringen.

* Planung, Organisation und Durchführung von Produktions- und Entwicklungsaktivitäten im Bereich Papierflaschen

* Entwicklung, Optimierung und Skalierung von Zellstoff- und Faserrezepturen

* Einrichtung, Bedienung und Optimierung von Anlagen für Stoffaufbereitung, Dosierung, und Faserformung

* Durchführung von Pilot- und Produktionsversuchen inklusive Prozessüberwachung und Qualitätskontrolle

* Analyse von Versuchsergebnissen sowie Umsetzung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen

* Dokumentation von Rezepturen, Rohstoffen, Prozessparametern und Testergebnissen

* Entwicklung und Evaluierung von Additiven zur Verbesserung von Produkt- und Prozesseigenschaften

* Identifikation und Behebung von Prozessabweichungen im laufenden Betrieb

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Technologieentwicklung, Produktion, Qualität, Einkauf sowie externen Maschinenlieferanten

* Unterstützung bei der Überführung neuer Prozesse in die Serienproduktion

* Durchführung grundlegender Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten

* Sicherstellung von Anlagenverfügbarkeit, Ordnung und Arbeitssicherheit

Das bringen Sie mit

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, Lehre, HTL oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Prozesstechniker oder im Produktionsumfeld

* Erfahrung im Umgang mit industriellen Anlagen und Fertigungsprozessen

* Idealerweise Kenntnisse in der Papier-, Zellstoff- oder Fasertechnologie

* Hands-on-Mentalität sowie strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Technisches Verständnis und Interesse an der Entwicklung neuer Prozesse

* Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit

* Hohe Eigeninitiative sowie die Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen

* Neugierde und Freude daran, neue Technologien und Produktionsverfahren zu entwickeln

* Flexibilität und Offenheit für ein dynamisches, schnell wachsendes Umfeld
