Impfstoffe und Tierarzneimitteln, uvm. vorweisen kann und auch laufend innovative, therapeutische Lösungen entwickeln und damit zur Verbesserung der Gesundheit und der Lebensqualität betroffener Menschen beitragen, suchen wir zum ehestmöglichen Eintritt 1 Produktanalytiker QC m/w/d Aufgabenbereich

* Durchführung und fachliche Anleitung von Produkt-Analytik von festen Arzneiformen mit Schwerpunkt HPLC/UPLC und GC

* Eigenständige Durchführung von Root Cause Analysen im Rahmen von Abweichungsmanagement und Optimierungsprojekten

* Durchführung von und fachliche Unterstützung bei Methodenvalidierungen

* Einschulung neuer Mitarbeiter

* Abteilungsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit bei Planungstätigkeiten

* Fachliche Unterstützung der Labormitarbeiter/innen vor Ort, Trouble Shooting im Zusammenhang mit Analysenmethoden und Laborgeräten, Anleitung zur Problemlösung

* Einhaltung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Qualitätssicherungssysteme im Labor

* Kontrolle und Verbesserung der laufenden Arbeitsabläufe

* Mitwirkung bei Audits und Inspektionen

* Durchführung von Gemba Walks (GMP und Safety)

* Identifikation und Umsetzen von Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten (GMP, Organisation, Arbeitssicherheit)

Anforderungen

* Chemisch-technische oder naturwissenschaftliche Ausbildung (z.B. Lehre, HTL oder Studium in Chemie, Pharmazie, Lebensmittel- und Biotechnologie)

* Vorerfahrung mit HPLC/UPLC Analytik (unbedingt notwendig, mind. 1 Jahr)

* Erfahrung in der pharmazeutischen Industrie von Vorteil

* Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Teamfähigkeit erforderlich

* GMP-Kenntnisse von Vorteil

* Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office-Software

* Selbständige und genaue Arbeitsweise

* Belastbare und lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit

* Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und proaktive Handlungsweise

* Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
