BÄCKEREI DEISER - WERDE EIN TEIL VON TEAM DEISER'S

Aktuell suchen wir für folgende Position: 1 Produktionsarbeiter/in Teilzeitanstellung, etwa 20 h/Woche

Jeder der gerne ein Teil von Team DEISER`S werden möchte.

Da wir keine typische Bäckerei sind, sondern sehr spezialisiert, sind auch Quereinsteiger herzlich willkommen!

Bis auf Herrn Deiser sind wir alle angelernt.

ANFORDERUNGEN:

* Pflichtschulabschluss & Präsenzdienst abgeleistet

* Solide Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, aufgrund der übergreifenden Tätigkeiten unbedingt notwendig

* Einhaltung der HACCP-Richtlinien sowie der einzelnen Arbeitsschritte

* Führerschein B und eigener PKW sind von Vorteil, da wir im Gewerbegebiet Baden angesiedelt sind und es leider keine öffentliche Verbindung dorthin gibt

** Fahrrad oder Scooter sind selbstverständlich auch möglich, jedoch nicht bei jedem Wetter geeignet

AUFGABENGEBIET PRODUKTION:

* Mitarbeit im gesamten Produktionsprozess unserer Produkte

** Dosenbrot & Dosenkuchen

** Semmelwürferl sowie zukünftige weitere Produkte

* Tätigkeiten wie dosieren, ausbacken, verschließen, etikettieren und verpacken, Würferlschneiden usw.

* Jeder kann nach einer Einschulungsphase im Produktionsprozess mitarbeiten

* Reinigung der verwendeten Maschinen

* In Leerlaufzeiten helfen alle mit, den Arbeitsplatz und somit die Produktion sauber zu halten

DERZEITIGE ARBEITSTAGE:

* Montag bis Donnerstag zwischen ca. 7:00 Uhr und ca. 13:00 Uhr

* Freitags wird eingeschoben, sofern die Auftragslage dies für die Produktion erfordert

* Auf Mütter mit Kindern wird Rücksicht genommen, da bei Ihnen der Arbeitsbeginn erst nach Kindergarten oder Schulbeginn startet und der Arbeitstag endet, bevor die Kinder aus dem Kindergarten oder der Schule abgeholt werden.

* Da wir ein Familienbetrieb sind, wünschen wir uns glückliche, zufriedene Mitarbeiter und möchten daher so gut es geht auf jeden einzelnen eingehen. Denn dadurch sind auch wir glücklich und zufrieden.
