Wir suchen: 1 Produktionsleiter/in Vollzeit in Nebelberg

Tätigkeitsbereich:

* Fachliche und organisatorische Leitung der Produktion sowie Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Tagesablaufs.

* Effiziente Planung von Personal- und Ressourceneinsätzen zur optimalen Nutzung der Produktionskapazitäten.

* Laufende Weiterentwicklung und Führung des Produktionsteams in einem dynamischen Arbeitsumfeld.

* Sicherstellung kostenoptimierter, termingerechter und qualitativ hochwertiger Produktionsabläufe

* Planung, Steuerung und Überwachung von Produktionsaufträgen unter Einsatz von SAP.

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Abteilungen sowie aktive Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung von Prozessen und Abläufen.

Fachliche Anforderungen:

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im Bereich Maschinenbau, beispielsweise HTL, Meisterprüfung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer leitenden Position innerhalb der Produktion.

* Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Mitarbeiterführung sowie in der Organisation von Produktionsteams.

* Gute MS-Office-Anwendungskenntnisse und Bereitschaft zur Einarbeitung in SAP-Anwendungen.

* Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für effiziente Produktionsabläufe sowie kosten- und qualitätsbewusstes Arbeiten.

Persönliche Anforderungen:

* Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft sowie selbstständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise.

* Ausgeprägte Führungsstärke kombiniert mit einer lösungsorientierten Hands-on-Mentalität.

* Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit im täglichen Umgang mit Mitarbeitenden und internen Abteilungen.

* Organisationsgeschick sowie die Fähigkeit, auch in herausfordernden Situationen den Überblick zu behalten.

* Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein und strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit Fokus auf effiziente Abläufe.
