Eine Produktion im Wandel - Raum für echte Gestaltung:

Um die Fertigung optimal für die Zukunft aufzustellen, werden die operativen Einheiten Spritzguss und Montage künftig von jeweils eigenen Bereichsleitungen geführt. Als übergeordnete Produktionsleitung (m/w/d) übernehmen Sie das verbindende Dach. Was diese Position auszeichnet, ist die Kombination aus fundierter Fachpraxis, echtem Veränderungswillen und ansteckender Begeisterungsfähigkeit: Sie etablieren moderne Standards, fördern die abteilungsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit und treiben KVP, Digitalisierung sowie Automatisierung mit handfester Pragmatik voran.

IHRE KERNAUFGABEN

**Operative Gesamtleitung & Teamentwicklung

* Ergebnisverantwortliche Steuerung der Produktion

* Direkte Führung von Bereichs-, Schicht- und Teamleitern

* Schaffen klarer Zuständigkeiten

* Gezielter Aufbau von Qualifikationsmatrizen und Nachfolgelösungen

**Datenbasierte Performance

* Konsequente Steuerung über Kennzahlen (OEE, Ausschuss, Zyklus- & Rüstzeiten)

* Etablierung und Vorleben eines funktionierenden Shopfloor-Managements

**Prozess- & Projektverantwortung

* Schaffung von Freiräumen abseits des Tagesgeschäfts

* Umsetzungsverantwortung für Projekte in den Bereichen Automatisierung, Digitalisierung & Rüstzeitoptimierung

**Schnittstellen & Budget

* Verbindliche Zusammenarbeit mit F&E, Prozesstechnik, Instandhaltung, Logistik und Qualität

* Budget- und Infrastrukturverantwortung für den eigenen Bereich

DAS BRINGEN SIE MIT

* Fundierte Ausbildung: Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, idealerweise im Bereich Kunststofftechnik, Maschinenbau (HTL) oder eine vergleichbare technische Qualifikation.

* Schichterfahrung:

Mindestens 3-5 Jahre erprobte Leitungserfahrung im Schichtbetrieb (Führungsspanne 20+ Mitarbeitende über mehrere Schichten). Sie kennen die Dynamik von Schichtmodellen, arbeiten selbst aber in regulärer Tagschicht.

* Fachkompetenz auf Augenhöhe:

Tiefes Know-how im Spritzguss und/oder der Kleinserienfertigung - zwingend erforderlich für die Akzeptanz und fachliche Autorität bei Technikern und Fachkräften.

* Veränderungsstärke & Mindset:

Nachweisbare Erfolge in der Prozessoptimierung (OEE, Rüstzeiten) sowie ein stark ausgeprägter Veränderungswille gepaart mit echter Begeisterungsfähigkeit für moderne Fertigungsstandards.

* Persönlichkeit mit Format:

Durchsetzungsstark, verbindlich und entschlussfreudig auch unter Druck; lösungsorientiert bei Störungen und Vorbild für Arbeitssicherheit, Ordnung und Disziplin.
