Die Stelle ist in Vollzeit zu besetzen. Dich erwartet eine moderne Arbeitsumgebung, die Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten und Coaching durch erfahrene Kolleg:innen bietet. Als Teil eines engagierten Teams gestaltest du aktiv zukunftsorientierte Produkte.

Aufgaben

* Übernimm Verantwortung für die Einhaltung aller Qualitäts-, Hygiene-, Umwelt- und Sicherheitsanforderungen

* Sorge für eine gleichbleibend hohe Produktivität und Qualität entlang des gesamten Produktionsprozesses

* Koordiniere und führe Rüstvorgänge eigenständig durch

* Repariere und warte Maschinen und Produktionsanlagen selbstständig

* Starte als Produktionsmitarbeiter_in mit Entwicklungsperspektive zum Maschinenführer_in

* Führe deine Produktionsanlage eigenverantwortlich, optimiere Abläufe und überwache Prozesse

* Trage aktiv zu einem motivierenden und sicheren Arbeitsklima im Team bei

* Beteilige dich an kontinuierlichen Verbesserungen und suche nach innovativen Lösungen

Profil

* fundierte Deutschkenntnisse

* Führerschein B sowie ein eigenes PKW zur Erreichung des Arbeitsplatzes

* Idealerweise technische Vorkenntnisse oder abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung

* Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit (Früh-, Spät-, Nachtschicht) sowie gelegentlich am Wochenende

* Ausgeprägte Einsatzbereitschaft, Motivation und Interesse an Weiterentwicklung

* Teamfähigkeit und Freude an partnerschaftlicher Zusammenarbeit

* Innovationsfreude und der Wille zum Erfolg

* Kundenorientierung und Lernbereitschaft
