·Sorgfältige Sichtkontrolle der gefertigten und beschichteten Metallteile

·Erkennen und Aussortieren sichtbarer Fehler und Qualitätsmängel

·Verpacken und Bereitstellen der kontrollierten Produkte

·Regelmäßiges Heben, Tragen und Handhaben von Metallteilen und Verpackungseinheiten

·Körperlicher Einsatz während des gesamten Arbeitstages

·Vorausschauendes Arbeiten und selbstständiges Erkennen der nächsten Arbeitsschritte

·Zusammenarbeit im Zweierteam und Unterstützung eines effizienten Produktionsablaufs

·Dienstort: 8605, Kapfenberg

Fachliche Anforderungen:

·Gute körperliche Belastbarkeit und Freude an praktischer Arbeit

·Bereitschaft zu regelmäßigem Heben und Tragen im Produktionsalltag

·Technisches Verständnis und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise

·Gute Deutschkenntnisse zum sicheren Verständnis von Arbeits-, Sicherheits- und Qualitätsvorgaben

·Bereitschaft zum 2-Schicht-Modell:

·

oFrühschicht: 05:00-13:00 Uhr

oSpätschicht: 13:00-21:00 Uhr

·Führerschein der Klasse B und eigener PKW

·Zuverlässigkeit, Teamfähigkeit und die Bereitschaft, aktiv mitanzupacken

Eine abgeschlossene Lehre bzw. LAP sowie Erfahrung in der Produktion oder Verpackung sind von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung.

Quereinsteiger sind willkommen - eine ausführliche Einschulung ist vorgesehen.

Entscheidend ist, dass du motiviert bist, Verantwortung übernimmst und auch bei körperlich fordernden Aufgaben konzentriert und zuverlässig arbeitest.
