1 Program Manager SAP Rollouts & Integration (all genders) Linz, VollzeitWas du bei uns bewirkstAls Team Lead SAP Rollout Factory verantwortest du die internationale Einführung von SAP S/4HANA innerhalb der KEBA Group. In den kommenden Jahren werden insgesamt 16 Gesellschaften und Standorte auf Basis des KEBA Global Templates integriert. Du etablierst die zukünftige SAP Rollout Factory als zentrale Einheit für alle Rollouts. Du sorgst dafür, dass internationale SAP-Einführungen effizient, standardisiert und wirtschaftlich umgesetzt werden.Die Hauptaufgaben sind: * Leitung und Steuerung internationaler SAP S/4HANA Rollouts * Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung der SAP Rollout Factory * Verantwortung für Roadmap, Ressourcen, Budget und Terminplanung * Koordination der fachlichen und technischen Projektteams * Sicherstellung der Einhaltung und Weiterentwicklung des KEBA Global Templates Damit überzeugst du uns * Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung komplexer SAP-Projekte oder internationaler SAP-Rollouts * Fundiertes Know-how in SAP S/4HANA und der SAP-Activate-Methodik sowie Erfahrung in Transformations- und Implementierungsprojekten * Breites SAP-Prozessverständnis in den Bereichen Finance, Logistik, Produktion, Integration und Stammdatenmanagement * Erfahrung in der Führung internationaler und interdisziplinärer Projektteams sowie in der Zusammenarbeit mit externen Implementierungspartnern * Ausgeprägte Projektmanagement-Kompetenz mit sicherem Umgang in Budget-, Ressourcen-, Risiko- und Eskalationsmanagement * Hohe Kommunikations- und Führungsstärke, gepaart mit Durchsetzungsvermögen, strategischem Denken und einer klaren Orientierung an Standardisierung und Nachhaltigkeit * Deutsch-Kenntnisse: mind.
