Ihre zukünftige Rolle

* Leitung von Produktentwicklungsprojekten (Elektronik, Mechanik, Software)

* Fachliche Steuerung der Projekte im Bereich der Konstruktion

* Termin- und Ressourcenplanung, Kostenkontrolle

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit externen Partnern, Kunden und Lieferanten

* Schnittstellenkoordination zu den Bereichen Vertrieb, Einkauf und Fertigung

* Unterstützung der Verhandlungen mit Kunden und Partnern

* Begleitung der Überleitung von Produkten in die Serienfertigung

* Organisation von Projekt-Meilensteinen, Projektberichterstattung an das Management

Das ist Ihr Job, wenn Sie Folgendes mitbringen

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung: HTL, FH (Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik, o.ä.)

* Einschlägige Projektleitungserfahrungen in der industriellen Entwicklung

* Erfahrung in der Produktentwicklung und Qualifizierung mechatronischer Komponenten und Systeme

* Kommunikationstalent, diplomatisches Geschick

* Teamfähigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein, lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten

* Organisationsgeschick, Projekterfahrung

* Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
