Gehalt: ab 3.500,00 Euro Monatsbrutto auf Vollzeitbasis (Überzahlung je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung)

Dein Aufgaben:

* Du verantwortest PV- und Speicherprojekte vom Eigenheim bis zu Hotel, Gewerbe und Landwirtschaft: Vor-Ort-Termin, Konzept, Angebot und Abschluss.

* Du planst die Umsetzung und koordinierst unsere Montage- und Elektropartner bis zur Fertigstellung.

* Du übernimmst Abnahme, Inbetriebnahme und Übergabe und begleitest Kund:innen danach bei Service und Anlagenerweiterungen.

* Du baust unser Partnernetz in den Regionen aus, je nach Aufteilung mit Schwerpunkt Tiroler Unterland oder Oberland.

* Du arbeitest eng mit den Raiffeisenbanken zusammen.

* Du führst Projekte und Angebote in unserem CRM und entwickelst unsere Standardpakete weiter.

Dein Profil:

* Abgeschlossene elektrotechnische Ausbildung, z. B. HTL Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbar

* Mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung

* Erfahrung mit PV-Anlagen, Speichern oder Gebäudetechnik und der Koordination von Baustellen ist ein Plus

* Innovatives, ganzheitliches Denken, Teamfähigkeit, Empathie und Ausdauer

* Freude daran, Menschen zu einer guten Energielösung zu verhelfen, und Sicherheit im Gespräch mit Kundinnen und Kunden

* Computer- und IT-Affinität sowie Englischkenntnisse

* Reisebereitschaft in ganz Tirol, flexible Zeiteinteilung und Führerschein B
