Unser Kunde sucht jemanden, der technisches Know-how mit Projektmanagement-Kompetenz verbindet und die Weiterentwicklung einer internationalen IT-Infrastruktur aktiv mitgestaltet.

* Eigenständige Planung, Koordination und Umsetzung von IT-Infrastrukturprojekten in Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen und externen Kunden

* Entwicklung technischer Infrastrukturkonzepte unter Berücksichtigung aktueller IT-Sicherheitsstandards

* Koordination interdisziplinärer Projektteams sowie Planung und Verteilung von Arbeitspaketen

* Organisation, Moderation und Dokumentation von Workshops und Meetings

* Analyse von Anforderungen und transparente Dokumentation sämtlicher Projektphasen

* Sicherstellung einer reibungslosen Kommunikation mit allen relevanten Stakeholdern

* Identifikation, Bewertung und Steuerung potenzieller Projektrisiken

* Kontinuierliche Optimierung bestehender IT-Infrastrukturen und Unterstützung bei der Einführung neuer Technologien

* Übernahme administrativer Projektmanagement-Aufgaben, darunter Terminplanung, Soll-Ist-Vergleiche, Statusberichte und Projektdokumentation

Du bietest

* Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung (HTL, FH oder Universität) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

* Fundierte Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement durch entsprechende Ausbildung oder praktische Erfahrung

* Erfahrung in der Planung und Umsetzung von IT-Projekten

* Betriebserfahrung in Konzernstrukturen und großen IT-Infrastrukturumgebungen von Vorteil

* Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office 365, MS Project, Jira und Confluence

* Grundkenntnisse im Bereich IT-Security wünschenswert

* Analytische, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten sowie sicheres Auftreten

* Flexibilität und Offenheit für ein internationales Projektumfeld

* Reisebereitschaft im Rahmen globaler Projekte

* gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
