Und damit hat er sich auch einen guten Arbeitsplatz verdient. 1 Projektmanager_in Arbeitsvorbereitung Tätigkeitsbereich:

·Planen und organisieren: Du übernimmst die technische Arbeitsvorbereitung, erstellst Arbeitspläne und Produktionsstücklisten und sorgst für eine strukturierte Stammdatenpflege.

·Abläufe koordinieren: Du planst, disponierst und steuerst Maschinenaufträge und behältst Termine sowie verfügbare Ressourcen im Blick.

·Schnittstellen verbinden: Du arbeitest eng mit Vertrieb, Auftragsabwicklung, Fertigung und Montage zusammen und stellst einen reibungslosen Informationsfluss sicher.

·Prozesse verbessern: Du bringst deine Ideen aktiv in Projekte zur Prozess- und Produktionsoptimierung ein.

·Verantwortung übernehmen: Du erkennst mögliche Engpässe frühzeitig und unterstützt dabei, praktikable und wirtschaftliche Lösungen zu finden.

Fachliche Anforderungen:

·Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im Bereich Maschinenbau, beispielsweise HTL, Werkmeister oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen mit Matura

·Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Arbeitsvorbereitung, Produktionsplanung oder einem vergleichbaren technischen Bereich

·Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen und MS Office

·Technisches Verständnis für Fertigungsprozesse und Produktionsabläufe

·Erfahrung in der Planung und Koordination von Fertigungsaufträgen von Vorteil

·Analytisches Denken: Du verstehst komplexe Abläufe, erkennst Zusammenhänge und entwickelst praxisnahe Lösungen.

·Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit: Auch wenn sich Prioritäten kurzfristig ändern, bleibst du ruhig, handlungsfähig und lösungsorientiert.
